Hampton Inn & Suites - Columbia South, MD

The mattresses were astounding! We have been staying at quite a few hotels while choosing a new house and waiting for the closing, Hampton Inn has the best mattresses by far. The other added bonus we love is the 24-hour coffee service. We may leave early or be staying up late to go over things and knowing we can get a hot cup of decent coffee is just like being at the home we hope to buy soon! The chairs in the room were also very comfortable and functional. The rooms were quiet and the ability to walk our dog easily was greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was fine, fairly typical of hotel breakfasts. The area was clean and well organized, and the staff kept it well stocked. The hotel suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well! The location was great for attending Toby's Dinner Theater and there was plenty of parking.

I appreciated having the option to have breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel. My room appeared clean and was stocked with towels and the bathroom showed it was treated w/ Lysol to ensure it was sanitized & disinfected! I also appreciated having name brand cleaning products at my disposal, for free no less. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and in these times that's a rare thing so I really appreciated that. The price of the room was very reasonable too.

Stayed here with a friend for two nights and it was perfect! Breakfast was awesome, room was super cozy and clean, large tv, nice shower, microwave and fridge in our room. The room was a little smaller than expected (which i liked) but we also had a king bed. Outlets by the bed on either side, free breakfast, all around perfect place to bunk for the weekend of M3. The location is right across the street from a Royal Farms, and is only about a 10 minute drive from Merriweather Post Pavilion. Will definitely go back for next year!

Breakfast was adequate, lady in charge super friendly.
